The second string to our bow
The Nesselhütte is situated at 2,107 metres and is located right next to the exit of the Nesselbahn cable car mountain station on the Gitschberg. This alpine hut, which was newly built in summer 2012, appeals thanks to its sun terrace, ease of access and unforgettable panoramic views of Meransen, the Eisacktal Valley and the Dolomites. Fortify yourself with a small cheese and meat platter, homemade cakes and delicious specialities.
Everyone is looking for it ... we have it – the climax of the mood! Right next to the Nesselhütte in the Gitschberg Jochtal / Rio Pusteria ski area. G–POINT is open to everyone. Come by the new Apres Ski & Lounge, the best meeting place far and wide. “And then hands to the sky ... come, let’s be happy”.
In summer
... is the Nesselhütte is the perfect destination for family hikes with small children. The playground right next to our hut is sure to make children’s hearts beat that little bit faster. Our hut is directly connected to “The Sun Park“ which offers plenty of space for fun and families.

... is the hut is the perfect target for beginner skiers and kids. The small skiing practice area near the hut, with its magic carpet and learning aids, will delight young and old beginners alike. Your family's youngest members will find a great winter playground here, and the toboggan run starts right beside us – small sledge rental!
